Free Shipping: Enjoy free UPS Ground shipping on all orders over $300 within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

Shipping Charges: Orders under $50: A flat rate of $14.95 applies. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: A 15% shipping fee is added.

Other shipping services: Charges vary based on the product cost and will be shown in your shopping cart.

Shipping Times: In-stock items typically ship within 7 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Large Orders: Some large orders and items may require freight shipping (UPS LTL). Charges will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Origin: All orders ship via UPS from our New Mexico warehouse.
Returns
Return Window: You have 30 days to return most items purchased on our online store.

Return Process:
1. Contact customer service for a return authorization number (RMA) before returning any items.

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring it's in resalable condition and not installed.

3. Prepay return shipping costs. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method.

4. Return the item to us within 15 days of receiving the RMA. Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges: To exchange an item, contact our customer service by email (customerservice@sonforgenerations.com).

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please notify FLOS USA immediately (within 3 business days of delivery). Delays in reporting damage may waive your right to claim compensation.

Manufacturer Defects: For items with manufacturer defects, please refer to our Warranty Policy.
Warranty
Ceramic Components: Lifetime warranty.

All Other Components (except bulbs and LED products): 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

LED Bulbs and Products: 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Coverage: Son will repair or replace defective products within the warranty period. Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or alterations.

Limitations: Components other than ceramic shades have a 1-year warranty only. Third-party products are covered by their respective warranties (not Son's). No other warranties, express or implied, are provided. Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

Warranty excludes:
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, etc.
  • Improper maintenance, cleaning, or care. Normal wear and tear (discoloration, weathering).
  • Damage in corrosive environments or beyond design specifications.
  • Third-party products.
